The CRC must be applied for at least 10 days prior to closing. The cost is $150 and checks are made payable to Franklin Township. The application for smoke certification must also be made at least 10 days prior to closing. The cost for this is $35 and checks made out to Franklin Township Bureau of Fire Prevention.
