Selling your home in High Bridge?High Bridge requires a Certificate of Continued Occupancy (CCO) and Certification of Smoke Detector/ CO Detector/ Fire Extinguisher Compliance. There is one application for both which must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to closing. The cost for inspection is $80 and checks made payable to Borough of High Bridge. In addition, High Bridge requires a Real Estate Utilities Closing Statement which allows them to provide final utility readings to your attorney and when sent back by your attorney after closing, informs them of the new buyer's contact information. This form must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to closing.
